Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Technical Trainers specializing in Java and C, focused on semester-based training programs across South India.

The Technical

Trainer will design and deliver structured training modules, lab sessions, and workshops on core Java and C programming concepts to students and early-career professionals.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating training materials, assessing learner performance through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development. The role involves collaborating with academic and internal teams to align curriculum with industry standards, conducting doubt-clearing sessions,



and maintaining detailed training records and reports.

Technical

Trainers are expected to stay current with programming best practices and tools to continuously enhance course content and training effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Training and Training & Development, with a proven ability to plan and deliver structured learning programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Trainers and Training, including classroom facilitation, learner engagement, and practical hands-on instruction.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex technical concepts clearly and interact effectively with diverse learner groups.
- Solid programming knowledge and teaching experience in Java and C, including data structures, OOP concepts, debugging, and coding best practices.
- Prior experience training college or university students, or conducting semester-based or academic-focused programs, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in Java or C are an advantage.
- Ability to design assessments, evaluate performance, and adapt training methods to different learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in managing schedules and batches, and readiness to collaborate with institutional partners across South India.
