? Position Details

Position: Technical Security (TSCM) Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Hybrid

Locations: Delhi | Jaipur | Nainital

? CTC: 6–8 LPA (Based on technical expertise, experience, interview performance, and overall role fit.)

Role Description

As a Technical Security (TSCM) Engineer at PrivC, you will contribute to privacy and technical security assurance initiatives for the hospitality industry.

You will work closely with the founding team to conduct privacy-focused security assessments, assist in developing standardized inspection methodologies, identify technical vulnerabilities that may impact guest privacy, and contribute to the evolution of the Privacy Verification Standard (PVS).

The role combines electronics, RF technologies, technical security,



physical inspection methodologies, and modern surveillance detection techniques.

This is an opportunity to become part of the founding team of an ambitious startup building an industry-first privacy verification platform.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) assessments.

✔ Perform physical privacy inspections.

✔ Assist in identifying hidden surveillance risks.

✔ Conduct RF and wireless security assessments.

✔ Evaluate security equipment and technical infrastructure.

✔ Support troubleshooting of technical security systems.

✔ Develop standardized privacy inspection methodologies.

✔ Prepare technical documentation and inspection reports.

✔ Assist in developing the Privacy Verification Standard (PVS).

✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and hospitality partners.

✔ Support pilot projects and future verification programs.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess knowledge or experience in one or more of the following:

- Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM)
- Electronics Engineering
- RF & Wireless Communication
- Electronic Security
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals
- Network Security
- Signal Processing
- Embedded Systems
- Physical Security
- Surveillance Detection

Educational Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. (ECE / EE / EEE / CSE / IT or related)
- M.Tech




- Diploma in relevant technical disciplines
- Equivalent practical experience in Technical Security or TSCM
