Are you an engineering professional with strong B2B technical sales experience who can turn complex technology into real business opportunities?

We’re hiring a Technical Sales Specialist – Deep-Tech & Engineering Solutions for an emerging deep-tech engineering organization working across:

? Robotics

⚙️ Industrial Automation

? Embedded Systems

? Intelligent Sensors & IoT

? Advanced Engineering Solutions

?️ Strategic & Mission-Critical Applications

? What You’ll Do• Drive B2B business development and revenue growth

- Identify and convert current industrial & enterprise opportunities
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations & solution discussions
- Engage with CXOs, engineering leaders, procurement teams & decision-makers
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with R&D;/engineering teams
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals and quotations
- Lead negotiations and support deal closure
- Develop channel,



technology and system-integrator partnerships
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences and industry events
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM data

✅ What We’re Looking For• Engineering degree – Mandatory

- 5+ years of experience in B2B technical / engineering / industrial sales
- Experience with technically complex products or solutions
- Strong consultative selling and customer relationship skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, proposals, negotiation and deal closure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CRM and sales pipeline management experience
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Candidates based in Kerala or willing to relocate to Kochi preferred
