The Role

Based in Bangalore, spearhead regional growth. Lead the consultative sales lifecycle—from on-site evaluations to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Consultative Sales: Drive the full sales cycle, translating technical solutions into ROI for clients.
- Application Engineering: Conduct feasibility studies, analyze layouts, and tailor Bloksma’s systems (Ergonomic Lifters, Trolleys, carriers, Racks, Workstations).
- Key Account Engagement: Build strong relationships with Plant Heads and key decision-makers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design and global teams for turnkey solutions.
- Pipeline Management:



Maintain structured reporting and forecasting via CRM.

What We’re Looking For

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Diploma with exceptional track record welcome).
- Experience: 2-5 years in technical sales, application engineering, or solution selling (automation, material handling, intralogistics).
- Technical Acumen: Ability to interpret 2D/3D layouts and understand assembly processes.
- Commercial Drive: Solid presentation and negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel actively across the region.
