Role Description The Technical Professional role is a full-time, on-site position located in Gorakhpur. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to power and electrical systems, providing on-site technical support, and performing routine inspections and maintenance.

The Technical

Professional will interact with customers to understand their requirements, explain solutions in clear language, and ensure that services are delivered safely and efficiently. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment, documenting work performed, coordinating with team members, and following company standards and safety guidelines.



The role also involves updating supervisors on project status and contributing to improvements in processes and customer service.
