Role Description The Technical Lead – Manufacturing Digital Solutions will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions for manufacturing clients in a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role includes overseeing technical architectures, guiding solution development teams, and ensuring alignment with client manufacturing processes and industry best practices.

The Technical

Lead will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and manage end-to-end solution delivery, including integration with existing systems and data platforms.



Day-to-day responsibilities involve troubleshooting complex technical issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of digital manufacturing solutions. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, documenting technical standards, and supporting pre-sales and client presentations as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with experience resolving complex technical and system issues in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Background in technical support or solution delivery, with hands-on experience leading implementation, integration, or maintenance of digital or data-driven systems.
- Awareness of digital photography and photo retouching tools is a plus for documentation, visualization, or training materials, though not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience leading technical teams, preferably in manufacturing digital solutions, Industry 4.0, IoT, MES, or analytics-driven manufacturing projects.
- Knowledge of data analytics, integration frameworks, and cloud or on-premises platforms relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and client teams.
