7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with solid experience in Python.
Strong proficiency in Python programming, OOP, data structures and algorithms.
Experience building production-grade applications, backend services or automation frameworks.
Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices and software architecture.
Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus.
Experience with Git, CI/CD and software development best practices.
Good understanding of testing frameworks such as PyTest.
Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering or AI-powered application development will be an advantage.
Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into software applications is highly desirable.
