What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain features across our web-based IDE, candidate flows, and recruiter analytics dashboards.
Build low-latency backend services, secure code-execution pipelines, and API integrations.
Integrate AI/LLM-driven workflows into platform tools and assessment engines.
Collaborate directly with the core team to write clean, production-ready, and well-tested code.

Technologies & Skills Required
Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Monaco Editor (or similar code editors).
Backend: Node.js, Python, or Go (REST,



WebSockets).
Databases & Caching: PostgreSQL, Redis.
Containers & Systems: Docker, Linux, Git.
AI Tooling (Good to Have): Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic).
Fundamentals: Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and asynchronous programming.

Who You Are
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
Have built and deployed personal projects or contributed to open-source software, with an active GitHub profile.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys shipping production-quality code quickly.
