General Job description
Day-to-day tasks within the operational goals and standards area with direct and long-term impact on the field travel management. Planning and coordination of travel support related problem solving by updating and modifying existing working methods and improve the quality of master data.
Role and Responsibility:
Coordinate with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements and issue resolution.
Monitor and ensure compliance with the organization’s Global Travel Policy; identify non-compliant bookings and recommend corrective actions.




Analyse travel spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities, trends, and areas for process improvement.
Support Travel & Expense (T&E;) processes, including expense tool assistance (e.g., Emburse/Concur), invoice validation, and reconciliation.
Handle travel-related queries and provide timely support to employees across regions.
Assist in supplier management, including performance tracking, SLA monitoring, and vendor negotiations support.
Contribute to hotel sourcing activities such as RFP processes, rate analysis, and contract support.
Work with automation tools (RPA) to streamline processes such as invoice handling, reporting, and reminders for overdue expenses.
Prepare and maintain travel reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Procurement) to improve travel processes and user experience.
Support audits by ensuring proper documentation,
