Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java DSA Technical Trainer role based in Lucknow. The trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions on Java programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms for students and early-career professionals.



Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials and coding exercises, conducting classroom and lab sessions, and providing one-on-one doubt resolution and mentoring. The role involves evaluating learner performance through assignments, tests, and projects, offering feedback for improvement, and updating content to align with industry standards and placement requirements. The trainer will collaborate with the academic and placement teams to support job-readiness initiatives, workshops, and career guidance activities.
Qualifications

Solid foundation in Java programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and practically.
Experience as a Technical Trainer or in Training & Development, with a focus on technical training in software development or related fields.
