Role Description The Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts (CA) will lead and oversee the hospital’s financial operations on a full-time, on-site basis in Raiganj. Responsibilities include managing accounting functions, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, cash flow management,



and statutory compliance. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting, timely closing of books, and adherence to regulatory and audit requirements. The Senior Manager will supervise the finance and accounts team, implement internal controls, optimize revenue cycle processes, and support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial insights. Collaboration with clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, insurance partners) will be integral to maintaining financial health and supporting the hospital’s growth.
Qualifications
