We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on e-commerce experience, a robust grasp of performance metrics, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms (programmatic, marketplace ads, etc.)
Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: budgeting, targeting, creative briefing, A/B testing, and optimization
Monitor and report on key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate) and translate insights into optimization strategies
Manage and optimize marketing spend across channels to maximize ROI
Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals
Conduct audience research,



competitor analysis, and market trend tracking to inform campaign strategy
Own attribution modeling and work closely with analytics/tech teams on tracking and measurement accuracy
Manage marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) where applicable
Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, with mandatory prior experience in e-commerce/D2C
Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets and driving measurable ROI
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)
Strong analytical skills; comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution tools
Experience with marketplace advertising platforms (Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms preferred
Strong communication skil
