Role Description: The Real Estate Consultant role at Kashmiri Realtor® is a full-time, on-site position based in Srinagar. The consultant will engage with clients to understand their property needs, conduct site visits, and present suitable residential, commercial, land, and luxury options.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing listings, coordinating property showings, preparing basic transaction documentation, and supporting clients through negotiations and closing processes in line with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, building relationships with local stakeholders, and collaborating with the broker network to expand business opportunities. The consultant is expected to provide timely communication, maintain accurate records, and uphold the company’s standards of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications

Solid client-facing skills, including relationship building, active listening, and clear communication.
Ability to conduct property assessments, organize site visits, and present listings with confidence and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of real estate transactions, documentation, and relevant regulatory
