Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Indore. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage prospective students, explain course offerings and certifications, and guide them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls,



conducting counseling sessions, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or relevant tracking tools. The role involves coordinating with training and academic teams, assisting in promotional events and seminars, and contributing to partnerships with colleges and corporate clients. The Sales Specialist will work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer service and professional conduct.
