Job Description:
The Chief of Staff – CEO Office (CPaaS Business) will work directly with the CEO to drive strategic growth, operating performance, and execution across the company's CPaaS business.
This individual will serve as the CEO's execution partner for CPaaS — bridging business strategy, revenue performance, product priorities, enterprise sales, partnerships, technology, operations, and financial performance.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role suited to an exceptionally analytical and commercially minded skilled who can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. CEO Office & Strategic Priorities
Work directly with the CEO on CPaaS business priorities and strategic initiatives.
Convert CEO objectives into clearly defined action plans, owners, milestones and timelines.
Prepare CEO-level business reviews, strategic presentations and decision papers.
Identify critical business issues and independently drive them towards resolution.
Act as a central point of coordination between the CEO and functional leaders.
