Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Designer with strong technical ability, problem-solving skills, and practical product development experience.
The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to correctly understand and define a problem, identify its key requirements and constraints, and develop practical and manufacturable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical products, components, mechanisms, and assemblies.
Understand and define engineering problems, requirements, and constraints before developing solutions.
Develop concepts and convert them into detailed and manufacturable designs.
Create 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
Work with sheet metal,



machined parts, plastics, and other manufacturing processes.
Develop prototypes and support testing and design validation.
Perform tolerance and fitment analysis.
Identify and solve engineering and manufacturing problems.
Improve existing products based on testing, manufacturing feedback, and real-world performance.
Work closely with production teams to improve manufacturability, assembly, quality, and cost.
Support products from concept development through production.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Candidates with higher academic qualifications and graduates from reputable universities will be given preference.
Strong ability to correctly understand and define problems, identify key requirements and constraints, and develop effective solutions.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Strong 3D CAD skills
