Role Description The Senior Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building partnerships with universities and education providers,



and expanding LearningShala’s presence in the higher education market. Day-to-day activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, managing outreach campaigns, and presenting LearningShala’s solutions to institutional partners and corporate stakeholders. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings, support strategic initiatives, and track performance metrics. This position also involves maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating agreements, and contributing to revenue growth and long-term business strategy.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse stakeholders.
