About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – Full Stack / Digital Solutions to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Node.js, JavaScript, React, Python and Django, with the ability to lead a team of developers while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, technical problem-solving and project delivery.

This role is ideal for a technical leader who can understand business requirements, convert them into technical solutions, guide the development team, and ensure successful delivery of projects.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, enterprise or B2B digital solutions will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of software developers and provide day-to-day technical direction.
- Design, develop and deliver scalable web and enterprise applications.
- Be hands-on with Node.js development and backend architecture.
- Develop modern frontend applications using React and JavaScript.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python and Django.
- Define application architecture, technical standards and development practices.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and develop REST APIs, microservices and integrations.
- Lead database design, data modelling and application performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development quality and coding standards.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical, scalable solutions.
- Work closely with Product, Business, QA, DevOps and Project teams.
- Participate in technical discussions with customers when required.
- Plan technical tasks, estimate development effort and support project execution.
- Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
- Mentor developers and build strong technical capability within the team.




- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality and technical standards.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions for business requirements.

Mandatory Technical SkillsBackend – Mandatory
- Node.js – Strong hands-on experience is mandatory

- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform:
- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Docker
- CI/CD pipelines
- Git / GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket
- Basic understanding of cloud deployment, monitoring and security

Architecture & Engineering
- Object-Oriented Programming and design principles
- Design patterns
- System design and application architecture
- Microservices architecture
- Authentication and authorization
- OAuth2 / JWT / RBAC
- Application security and performance
- Agile / Scrum development practices

Leadership & Solutioning ExpectationsThe candidate should be capable of working beyond coding and take ownership of the complete technical delivery. You will be expected to:

- Lead technical discussions and architecture decisions.
- Understand customer/business problems and propose technology solutions.
- Break requirements into technical modules and development tasks.
- Guide developers through design,



development and testing.
- Review architecture and code before production release.
- Work with Project Managers and Delivery teams to ensure timely execution.
- Support solution discussions and technical presentations with customers.
- Take ownership of technical risks, issues and resolution.
- Build reusable components, frameworks and development standards.
- Balance hands-on development with technical leadership.

Good to Have
- Experience building enterprise or B2B digital platforms.
- Manufacturing / Industrial / Automotive domain experience.
- Experience with IoT, MES, ERP or system integrations.
- Exposure to AI / GenAI integration into applications.
- Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ or other messaging platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native application development.
- Experience working with distributed teams and customer-facing projects.

- Experience in designing and delivering enterprise applications.
- Experience taking technical ownership of projects from requirements through production.
