We are looking for a serious technical co-founder to join an early-stage deep-tech venture working at the intersection of RF, microwave engineering, wireless power, advanced electromagnetic systems, and next-generation energy technologies. We are looking for someone with a strong research and engineering background who wants to move beyond conventional employment and build something from the ground up.

Ideal background:

- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, RF/Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetics, Antennas, Wireless Power, or a closely related field
- 5+ years of relevant R&D; / industry / academic research experience is desirable
- Strong expertise in one or more of:

RF & Microwave Engineering Beamforming, phased-array systems

Antenna design and electromagnetic systems

Wireless Power Transfer (WPT)

Rectenna / RF-to-DC conversion

Microwave power transmission

Electromagnetic simulation and optimization

High-frequency electronics

Space / aerospace RF systems or related technologies

Technical Tools:

Hands-on experience with some of the following would be highly valuable:

EM / Antenna Simulation

- Ansys HFSS
- CST Studio Suite / Microwave Studio
- FEKO
- COMSOL Multiphysics

RF / Microwave Circuit Design

- Keysight ADS
- AWR Microwave Office

Analysis / Programming

- MATLAB / Simulink
- Python
- scikit-rf or similar RF analysis tools

Experience with antenna arrays, phased arrays, EM optimization, RF measurements, VNA characterization, rectifier design, or system-level electromagnetic modelling would be a significant advantage. More Important than the Checklist:

We are looking for someone who has the mindset of a founder, not simply an employee.

You should be comfortable with:

- Working in an early-stage environment
- Taking technical ownership
- Designing, simulating, prototyping and testing




- Working through problems where there is no established playbook
- Reading and challenging research literature
- Converting research into an engineering solution
- Building a technology roadmap
- Eventually building and leading a technical team

Entrepreneurial experience, previous startup experience, patents, publications, technology commercialization, or having built hardware/R&D; systems from scratch would be a strong plus.

Compensation and Equity:

This is an early-stage founding prospect.

There is no fixed salary initially. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in building a company and is comfortable joining before significant external funding.

Once the company raises funding, the founding team will transition to substantial market-competitive compensation.

The selected technical co-founder can expect equity participation of up to 25%, depending on experience, commitment, role, and contribution to the venture.

The current founding team includes individuals with previous co-founder and company-building experience.
