Key Responsibilities

System Design &

- Architecture: Define and design the overall architecture of Java-based applications, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance and security requirements. This includes creating architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documents.

Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks (like Spring Boot and Hibernate), and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure cloud platforms) to meet project needs and stay current with industry trends.

Technical Leadership &

- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards and best practices.

Collaboration &

Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and specifications.

Performance Optimization &

- Troubleshooting:



Identify and address performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and conduct performance and security vulnerability tests to ensure system robustness.

CI/CD &

- DevOps Integration: Oversee and optimize DevOps pipelines, containerization, and automation processes, ensuring smooth continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Java Ecosystem

Robust proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate.

Architecture: Expertise in microservices architecture, design patterns, and enterprise security architecture.

Cloud &

- DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Databases: Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

Frontend (optional but a plus): Familiarity with frontend technologies like ReactJS or AngularJS
