· 12-15 years of IT experience with IT Infra/Enterprise projects
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
· 6-8 years of experience in Managing Production Support engagement including mission critical applications in 24*7 support model.
· Strong experience in IT infrastructure and integration
· Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS cloud
· Proficiency in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Robust communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multi-vendor environment.
· Strong ability to Drive discussion with Senior leadership.
· Must have the ability to discover and lead various value add initiatives with-in the support organization
· Preferably ITIL certified
