Education - Chartered Accountant/ MBA from a reputed institute/CS/ICWA

Experience - : 5-8 years of experience in Compliance (in Banking industry/ Financial domain)

Responsibilities -

- Preparing and analyzing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial trends.
- Developing financial models to support business strategy and transactions.
- Assisting with forecasting and long-term financial projections.
- Liaising with clients to understand their financial needs.
- Promoting the bank's services and managing client relationships.
- Participating in recent business acquisition and client retention efforts.
- Assisting with the execution of financing transactions, such as loans or capital raising.
- Conducting due diligence and preparing relevant documentation for deals.
- Preparing lending agreements and managing loan portfolios.
- Ensuring financial operations and transactions adhere to regulations.




- Maintaining accurate financial records and procedures.

Handling specific customer transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers KPIs -

- Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in creating and utilizing financial models for various purposes, including valuation
- Sound understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Demonstrated ability to resolve financial and operational issues effectively. People Management/Self Management - Ensure timely submission of data/ information to Reserve Bank of India and other authorities

Risk and Internal Control -

- Ensure timely and correct submission of data / information to Reserve Bank of India , other authorities

Ensure timely closure of reports
