- Must have master's degree in public policy/social sciences /MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a reputed University/ Institute;
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management in TVET, education or public sector;
- Should have at least 9 years of international experience in multiple countries, working on similar projects; and
- Solid familiarity with government-led skilling initiatives and donor-funded projects.
