Role Description This is a full time, on-site Team Leader role based in Delhi, India.

The Team

Leader will oversee a team of sales and client service professionals, ensuring achievement of business targets in line with branch and organizational goals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring team performance, guiding team members on products and processes, and supporting the acquisition and retention of clients in equities, derivatives, and other financial offerings. The role involves coordinating with research, operations, and compliance teams to ensure accurate execution of trades, timely resolution of client queries, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The Team

Leader will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, implementing best practices, preparing regular performance reports, and contributing to strategic initiatives to grow the client base and revenue.
