Role: Team Leader- NR Acquisition

Location: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Type: Full Time, In-office CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA Exp. 2-6 yrs. in banking sales preferably in NR Banking

Responsibilities: o One year experience in NR business is mandatory.

o Create a world class NR liability to take care of the funding requirements of the Bank.

o Responsible for building and acquiring the NR business portfolio in their respective location.

o Responsible for managing team of RM and Acquisition manager and service officer.

o Meeting monthly acquisition target for liability sales for the respective branches.

o Handling NR clients for service needs in India.

o Updating and maintaining a comprehensive database.

o Creating and maintaining hype and enthusiasm among all branch employees to generate and convert customer/referral leads.

Required Skills





- Proven experience in NR Acquisition and NR Banking.
- Solid understanding of NRI RM and NR Business.
- Proficient in Banking Sales, particularly with NTB Clients.
- Knowledge of Digital Banking Sales, FX, TD Sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with clients.

7. Should be comfortable in rotational shifts including night shifts. 8. Team Management Experience. 9. Folks from BPO/Shared services having exp. in NR Banking can apply.
