Role Description The Team Leader role is a full time, on-site position based in West Bengal, India.

The Team

Leader is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of insurance advisors or sales representatives, ensuring they meet individual and team targets. Daily activities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, coaching team members, and organizing regular training or development sessions. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, reviewing market trends,



and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
