We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader who can lead from the front, drive business through the team and consistently generate revenue.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage & motivate a sales team
- Drive new client acquisition and business development
- Generate revenue & brokerage business through the team
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets
- Build strong relationships with Retail & HNI clients
- Drive cross-selling of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs, PMS & other financial products
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Monitor team performance, conversion ratios and productivity
- Coach team members to improve sales performance and revenue generation
