About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The primary responsibility of this role will be Talent Acquisition, along with supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable interacting with candidates and employees, and have the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred. However, candidates from other industries with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill sets and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants and other relevant channels.




Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Drive offer roll-outs, negotiations and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and other hiring partners whenever required.
Support campus hiring, walk-ins and other recruitment drives as required.

2. Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate pre-joining and joining formalities for new employees.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Coordinate and facilitate employee induction programs.
Ensure new employees have a positive and structured onboarding experience.
