Role Description This is a full-time, in office GDA (General Duty Assistant) Trainer role based in Pratapgarh. The GDA Trainer will deliver structured training sessions to youth on topics related to patient care, basic nursing assistance, hospital support services,



and workplace readiness in healthcare settings. Responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing training materials, conducting classroom and practical demonstrations, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will maintain training records, support learners during internships or on-the-job training, and coordinate with program staff to ensure effective implementation. The role also involves engaging with local stakeholders, promoting the skilling program, and upholding Pratham’s standards for safety, inclusion, and quality.
