We are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Sr. Designer to shape and elevate the visual identity of our brands. This role requires a strong aesthetic sensibility, design excellence, and the ability to lead and inspire a creative team to deliver impactful visual storytelling across multiple touchpoints.

Roles & Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Brand Aesthetics
Define and maintain a strong, consistent visual language across all brand communications.
Ensure all creative outputs reflect premium aesthetics and strong brand storytelling.
Translate brand strategies into compelling visual concepts and campaigns.
Design & Execution
Lead the design and development of marketing collaterals, campaign creatives, packaging visuals, and digital assets.
Oversee the design of pitch decks, presentations, brochures, and brand communication materials.
Ensure high standards of visual quality,



typography, color balance, and overall design aesthetics.
Team Leadership
Manage, mentor, and guide the in-house design team, ensuring creativity and productivity.
Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to designers.
Foster a collaborative and innovative creative culture within the team.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, branding, product, and leadership teams to understand campaign and communication requirements.
Translate briefs into impactful creative solutions.
Quality & Innovation
