Key Responsibilities

1. Develop concepts, brainstorm ideas, and iterate on designs.

2. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

3. Design captivating animations, transitions, and captions to elevate video content.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with client goals and brand identity.

5. Ensure high-quality, polished, and engaging video outputs that resonate with target audiences.

6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut (or equivalent video editing software).

Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team and understand client requirements.

3. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

4. A creative mindset with a passion for visual media and content creation.

5. Prior experience in video editing, especially in healthcare or professional services, is a bonus.
