About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive to manage our presence across multiple B2B and E-Commerce marketplaces and develop current business opportunities through online platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for product listings, marketplace management, SEO, enquiry handling, lead generation, customer follow-ups and converting online enquiries into business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands B2B marketplaces and digital lead generation and wants to build a career in E-Commerce and International/Domestic Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage company profiles and seller accounts across multiple online marketplaces and B2B portals.
Create, upload and regularly update product listings.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, specifications, keywords and images.
Maintain accurate pricing, MOQ, product specifications, catalogues and certifications.
Improve product visibility, ranking and enquiry generation.
Lead Generation & Enquiry Management




Generate new B2B enquiries through online marketplaces.
Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, RFQs and messages.
Qualify incoming leads and understand customer requirements.
Follow up with potential customers through email, phone and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, samples and order processing.
Maintain proper records of all marketplace-generated leads and their status.
Sales & Business Development
Convert marketplace enquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
Develop relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, consultants and corporate buyers.
Identify new markets and customer segments through online research.
Support the sales team in converting online leads into orders.
Work towards monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Product & Content Management
Coordinate with the marketing team for product photographs, brochures, catalogues and promotional content.
