We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Head – India to lead and scale our sourcing operations across agrochemicals, fertilizers, and biologicals, with a strong focus on both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sourcing of agrochemical technicals, formulations, fertilizers, biologicals, and related products.
Build and manage a strong network of manufacturers, suppliers, and strategic partners across India and international markets.
Identify new sourcing opportunities and develop cost-competitive and reliable supply channels.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ, lead times, quality specifications, and commercial agreements.
Drive supplier onboarding, qualification, audits, and performance management.
Work closely with Business, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.




Develop alternate sources and improve supply-chain resilience and continuity.
Track market trends, raw material movements, capacity, pricing, and emerging suppliers.
Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to improve margins, availability, quality, and working capital efficiency.
Manage and mentor the sourcing team and build a high-performance sourcing organization.
What We’re Looking For:-
10+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement within agrochemicals, fertilizers, biologicals, or the broader chemicals industry.
Strong understanding of Indian manufacturing and supplier ecosystems.
Experience in international sourcing and cross-border procurement will be highly preferred.
Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
Good understanding of product quality, specifications, regulatory requirements, and supply-chain processes.
Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
