Role Description The Senior Manager Ecommerce will lead and grow INMYO’s online business across marketplaces, direct-to-consumer platforms, and digital retail channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata,



responsible for developing and executing ecommerce strategies to drive sales, improve customer experience, and optimize performance metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory; overseeing campaign execution in collaboration with marketing and sales teams; and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates. The role will also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams for supply chain, operations, and customer support, as well as monitoring competitor activity and market trends. The Senior Manager Ecommerce will mentor team members, establish best practices, and ensure alignment with INMYO’s brand positioning and wellness-focused mission.
