Qualification Criteria

B.E./ B.Tech. in IT/CS/ EC/ ECE with MS/ ME/ MTECH/ MCA or other equivalent degree. The candidate should basically from engineering background.

10+ Years qualified experience in large IT organizations, govt exp. is only preferable.

Mandatory Skills :-

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solution mindset and quick learner
- Stakeholder management (including client hierarchy, external agencies, internal teams)
- Ownership of deliverables and commitment to client outcomes
- PostGreSQL Database is preferrable
- Front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,
- Framework (Angular or React or Vujes or Backbonjes or jQuery)
- Backend language (Java or Python)
- Notice period – Immediate / 30 Days

- Lead the development team and participate in the design, development, and deployment of software applications and systems
- Identify user requirements and coordinate with the team to develop effective software solutions
- Proficient in front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, framework such as Angular, React, Vujes, Backbonjes, jQuey. knowledge of at least one backend framework, such as Django,



Spring as well as backend language, such as Java/ Python and PostGreSQL Database.
- Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing positive practices and habits within the development team
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the application is error-free
- Manage and prioritize the workload of the development team
- Mentor and provide technical guidance and feedback to the team members
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and system design
- Ensure project progress according to the schedule with the delivery of quality applications
- Resolve technical issues that could impact project timelines
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the company at the cutting edge
- Strong Presentation and communication skills

Deployment Location – Delhi – 5 days' work from client location

Designation – Consultant (All contractual employees irrespective of qualification or experience are referred as consultants in the firm)
