Key Responsibilities
- Lead inbound US process teams in a fastpaced BPO setting
- Drive KPIs including Attrition , Shrinkage , AHT , CSAT , SLA, and SPH
- Ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Mentor and motivate team members for consistent delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as Team Lead in International Voice Process
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage performance metrics and team targets
- Immediate joiners preferred
