We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead – Staffing to manage and guide the recruitment team in delivering quality hiring solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, hands-on experience in staffing/recruitment, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve individual and team hiring targets.

 Allocate requirements among team members and monitor daily recruitment activities.

 Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions when required.

 Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery.

 Train, mentor, and motivate recruiters to improve performance and productivity.

 Track team performance metrics such as submissions, interviews, closures, and revenue.

 Ensure quality profiles are shared within defined TAT.





 Resolve team challenges and provide strategic solutions to improve hiring efficiency.

 Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication.

 Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management. Required Skills:

 Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing process

 Minimum 5+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment

 Prior experience as a Team Lead in staffing or consultancy preferred

 Experience in handling a team in a domestic recruitment consulting firm

 Graduation in any discipline
