Position: Team Lead / Assistant Manager – Inside Sales

Experience: 3 – 6Years, including minimum 1 years handling / mentoring an inside sales / tele-sales team.

:

- Lead a team of 5 to 7 Inside Sales Executives across North, West, South and Mumbai; allocate territories, distribute targets and drive daily activity

- Carry an individual sales target at 50% of an executive's target, in addition to team accountability

- Coach through weekly call reviews from recordings, run weekly training on pitch, objection handling and service knowledge, and correct performance in-month rather than at review

- Govern Zoho CRM discipline: mandatory fields, stage gates, disposition accuracy and same-day logging; validate every qualified lead before it reaches Business Development

- Run the weekly team rhythm and publish the stalled-lead report to Business Development leadership

- Onboard and ramp recent joiners to full scorecard performance within two months

- Drive the technology agenda for the function — Zoho CRM configuration, Zoho–Outlook integration,



Zoho Campaigns and email marketing, call recording and logging, and lead generation / data enrichment tools — and ensure the team adopts them as standard practice

- Report team performance on calls, qualified leads and lead quality, and proposal submission and conversion

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate / MBA with 4–7 years in B2B inside sales, of which at least 2 years managing a team of 3 or more

- Proven track record of carrying a personal target while managing team performance

- Hands-on CRM ownership, not just usage — Zoho CRM strongly preferred

- Demonstrable coaching ability: can review a recorded call and correct behaviour, not just report a number

- Experience selling services rather than products — facility management, staffing, security, industrial or logistics services preferred
