Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at the Bhawanipatna campus. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes. Daily responsibilities include classroom instruction, maintaining a positive and disciplined learning environment, preparing teaching materials, and using appropriate teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

The Teacher will also participate in staff meetings, student activities,



parent interactions, and professional development to support the overall academic and co-curricular objectives of the institution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering structured lessons to school or junior college students.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills to design, organize, and adapt learning activities according to the curriculum and student needs.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to guide learners, support academic growth, and contribute to co-curricular development.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education or subject specialization (B.Ed preferred) and familiarity with CBSE or CHSE Odisha curricula.
- Ability to manage classrooms, use basic educational technology, and maintain inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices.
- Prior teaching experience in school or junior college settings is highly desirable.
