Manifest Pro Consulting, a sister company of Toronto Tax Boutique, is part of a growing North American tax and accounting practice serving individuals and businesses across the U.S. and Canada.

We’re expanding our team in India and looking for ambitious accounting professionals who want to build a long-term career with hands-on exposure to U.S. & Canadian taxation and accounting.

Open Positions & Compensation Junior Tax Associate : Fresher / 0–1 Year

Tax Consultant: 1–2 Years

Senior Tax Consultant: 2–5 Years

Final position and compensation will depend on experience, technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall fit.

What You’ll Work On

- U.S. & Canadian personal and corporate taxation
- Financial statements and bookkeeping
- Tax research and compliance
- Client communication and onboarding
- Managing client files, documentation, follow-ups, and deadlines
- Reviewing work and mentoring junior team members as you progress You’re a Great Fit If, You don’t need to know everything on Day 1.

Prior U.S. or Canadian tax experience is an asset but is not mandatory for junior positions.

Remote Work Requirements

- Professional work-from-home setup with a suitable laptop/desktop and workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet; wired LAN preferred
- Reliable power/internet backup
- Quiet and professional workspace
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfort with camera-on Zoom/team meetings
- Ability to work U.S. & Canadian business hours / India night shift
- Working knowledge of Excel and comfort learning new software

Working Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, aligned with U.S. & Canadian business hours, with additional hours potentially required during peak tax season.
