Reporting to: Manager RPO

Working Days: 6 days (Monday- Friday work from Office & Saturday WFH)

Roles & Responsibilities

? Total 5+ years of experience and 3 + relevant in Process Automation and Industrial Automation.





? Manage end-to-end recruitment for Process Automation and Industrial Automation business units.

? Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements for engineering and automation roles.

? Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and recruitment agencies.

? Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.

? Coordinate technical interviews with engineering teams and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
