Job Role :-

- Recruitment & Hiring Process

Identify hiring needs and collaborate with department heads to define job roles.

Source candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals).

Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.

- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Develop and implement strategies to enhance employer branding.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking forums.

- Talent Pipeline & Market Research

Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.





Stay updated with industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.

Utilize data-driven approaches to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

- HR Collaboration & Process Improvement

Work closely with HR teams to improve hiring strategies and workforce planning.

Optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce hiring time.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in the hiring process.

CTC:- 2.50 - 5Lpa + Incentive
