About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Objectways. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and candidate management. This role requires working in US EST shift timings, primarily during night hours, to align with our US-based clients and hiring managers.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets the company's quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in US-based organizations. Candidates must have familiarity with US work authorization categories such as H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, Green Card, OPT, and CPT. Proficiency in using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed,



and other job portals is essential.

A good understanding of technical roles within the IT domain, including software development, data engineering, cloud computing, DevOps, AI/ML, and QA, is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills are crucial for success in this role. Candidates should also be comfortable working independently and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical proficiency, work authorization, availability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and US-based clients or hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure engagement and transparency.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and sourcing priorities.




- Negotiate compensation packages and assist in closing candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment status in ATS and other tracking systems.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely submission of quality candidates.
- Achieve recruitment targets and turnaround times without compromising candidate quality.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to foster long-term engagement and positive employer branding.
