Role & Responsibilities.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for current hires
- Manage and maintain accurate and organized recruitment documents
