Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Pune City.

The Talent Acquisition

Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offer processes. The role involves partnering with department leaders to understand hiring needs, defining role requirements, and ensuring timely and high-quality staffing across the organization. The manager will also develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and enhance the overall candidate experience.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment metrics, coordinating with external partners when needed, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, and continuously improving hiring processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Interviewing skills, including structured interviewing and assessment of candidate fit.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources within financial services, cooperatives, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and basic HR analytics is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.
