Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment execution across multiple functions. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, offer follow-ups, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.

● Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

● Screen candidates for skills, experience, compensation, notice period, and role fit.

● Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers.

● Manage candidate communication, offers, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.

● Maintain strong pipelines for lateral, niche, and volume hiring requirements.

● Keep ATS and recruitment trackers accurate and updated.

● Share regular hiring updates with the TA Operations Manager.





● Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

● 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.

● Strong sourcing and full-cycle recruitment experience.

● Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.

● Positive Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.

● Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities.
