Role Description The Supply Planner will manage end-to-end supply planning activities to ensure product availability across Be Verse’s FMCG and commerce operations. This full-time hybrid role is based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams, and maintaining optimal inventory levels across locations.

The role involves analyzing data to identify risks, capacity constraints, and process improvements,



and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve supply issues and support new product launches.

The Supply

Planner will also prepare regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making and maintain accurate planning data in relevant systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Supply Planning skills to balance forecast requirements with inventory and capacity.
- Candidates should possess solid Production Planning capabilities and an understanding of FMCG or manufacturing operations.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, planning tools, and data-driven problem solving.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Relevant experience in supply chain, operations, or materials management, preferably within FMCG or fast-moving retail environments.
- Familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems and basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
