Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Manager role based in Ponnani.

The Supply Chain

Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, supply management, procurement, and inventory control to support infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing material requirements, coordinating with vendors and internal project teams, monitoring stock levels, and optimizing replenishment cycles. The role also involves assessing risks, improving processes, and implementing best practices to ensure cost-effective and timely availability of materials and services.

The Supply Chain





Manager will prepare regular performance reports, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate closely with engineering, finance, and operations to support strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast requirements, interpret data, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Supply Management and Procurement to manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure reliable sourcing of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce stockouts and excess, and improve warehouse efficiency.
- Relevant skills such as experience in supply chain planning within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors, familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems, and knowledge of cost control and vendor performance evaluation are beneficial.
- Additional qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in office in Ponnani are preferred.
