Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Moradabad. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the production floor, coordinate workflows, and ensure that furniture and décor pieces meet quality standards and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Supervisor will collaborate with artisans, designers, and management to meet customer requirements, optimize resource use, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining documentation,



reporting on progress, and supporting training and development of team members.

Qualifications

- Operations and team management skills, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and workflow coordination.
- Quality control and attention to detail in reviewing products, materials, and finishes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with artisans, designers, and leadership.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production issues and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of furniture and décor manufacturing processes or related industry experience.
- Ability to maintain a protected workplace and follow health and safety guidelines.
- Comfort with basic reporting, record-keeping, and use of common office tools or software.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in manufacturing or craftsmanship.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a relevant technical qualification is an advantage.
