Role Description The Subject Matter Expert at Konnect Analytics is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. In this position, the individual provides deep domain expertise on manufacturing and trading processes to guide Konnect ERP implementations and configuration. Day-to-day work includes analyzing client workflows, documenting requirements, designing process maps, and translating business needs into system features and use cases.

The role involves collaborating with product, implementation, and support teams to validate solutions, conduct user training, and create functional documentation and knowledge base content.

Expert also participates in product enhancement discussions, supports pre-sales demos, and helps ensure that Konnect ERP delivers measurable value to clients.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in manufacturing and/or trading operations, including procurement, production, inventory management, and basic finance processes.
- Experience with ERP systems or similar enterprise software, including requirements gathering, configuration, and user training.
- Ability to analyze business workflows, document functional specifications, and translate domain knowledge into clear guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client workshops, demos, and training sessions.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, implementation, sales, and support teams in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced qualifications in operations or supply chain are a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or trading industry roles such as operations, planning, quality, or supply chain is highly beneficial.
- Interest in data-driven decision-making and basic familiarity with analytics or reporting tools.
